D.I.B.S. 

DIBS stands for dick in butthole syndrome. It is a bacterial desiese that starts with a soar throat and eventually forms a small dick in the butthole. It's a deadly disease.

Woops. Looks like I got D.I.B.S. dude, I got a dick in my asshole!
