A person is obsessed with planning minuscule time frames between travel legs on a given mission. Comes from ‘lunar landing’: A mission that required precise, timely and high risk co-ordination of planning for success.
He wanted to get in on an 8am flight which left him 23 minutes to get the next train, which was due to get in with 2 minutes to spare for presentation set up, what a lunatic!
