1.a phrase someone says repeatedly when they are bored or annoyed.
2A phrase you say when you are ignoring someone or do not care about what thet are saying.

Person 1:Man i cant wait to get that new toy so i can show it off to everyone. What about you?
Person 2:Ah buckalacka!
