bacon weave

interlaced strands of thin sliced hog meat, salted and dried or smoked, and then fried, in a pattern to form a layered structure that is also edible.

Kevin was eating a bacon weave for lunch.. Chris was worried because bacon weaves can lead to cardiac arrest.
