when a child is born, they are therefore diagnosed whether or not they are gay. the acronym for this terminology is N.G.A.B, or Not Gay At Birth. For someone who is gay, they would presumably be "G.A.B.", or Gay At Birth. The doctor's diagnosis procedure is unclear and varies.
