bagged

To blow someone off, stand them up, not show up, cancel plans at the last minute, etc. Being bagged usually occurs after plans are made and they fall through. You can be bagged on short notice or no notice at all.

"I was going to meet her for lunch, but she bagged me."
John: "Sorry I can't hang out with you today."
Sally: "Are you bagging me?"
