Scouse briefcase

A plastic shopping bag, likely to be from such supermarkets as ASDA or Netto. Used to carry a variety of non-shopping items, eg. books. Once they fall into disuse they can be seen blowing aimlessly in the wind.

(At an Everton match) "Get that Scouse briefcase off the football pitch!"
