Name derived from the Dutch word, "Kip" for Chicken and the English word, "Hipster".

A person in Brooklyn or other hip urban neighborhoods that lives with a chicken indoors.

Or,

A chicken living in a Williamsburg Brooklyn Loft that loves eating crumbles for Sunday brunch.

Did you see that girl in the overalls with the dirty fingernails? That kipster should move back to the country.
