Refers to a fugly transgendered female who is bulimic and has a secret penis. May or may not be Indian, although this is a typical attribute.

Girl 1: OMG, that stupid tuku is in the bathroom refunding her food again.
Girl 2: Ugh! I hate it when she(he?) does that! Make t.k. pay the fines!
