A Wanksta is simply a "WANNABE GANGSTA"...ie, someone who WANTS to be a Gangsta but never really does anything to deserve the title.

Wannabe + Gangsta = Wanksta

"He's no real threat...He acts all Gangsta, but he's jist a Wanksta"
