To reject. Often, to reject an idea or a request. Usually done by someone in authority though it can be done by a peer as well.

Luke: Hey mom me and Bo are gonna go canoe to cuba tonight.

Mom: No i don't think so honey.

"Dude you just got bonesharked!"

Bo: Hey you wanna go get dinner sometime?

Random Girl: hahaha....no.
