Doncor is someone who drives a worn down truck, smokes way too much pot, overly enjoys drinking absolut vodka mixed with orange juice and only goes for grade 9 girls. A Doncor has to be someone so stupid that they make you laugh.

Man, that guy that just drove by with a joint in his mouth is so Doncor.
