A neighborhood in an urban area/ suburb of the big city where lower income houses are built. The Houses usually have a brick facade on the front of the house, while the surrounding sides are made of a cheap vinyl material. These houses seem to cheap in the beginning, but to keep in good condition they must be re-vinyled every 2 years.
Ben: Hey Kelly, look at that vinyl village "brookston place"!
Kelly: Yeah, those houses are crap!
