Ball Balloon

When the scrotum is stretched over the anal opening, and then a fart is expelled into the stretched scrotum, thus creating a balloon like effect projected by the scrotum, as it fills with warm fart gas.

Dude, I almost got ball ballooned, but it was too cold out, so it didn't work.
