Dweed 

The type of guy that asks you to meet up for drinks and then expects you to cover the tab.

A dweed is one who asks a girl if she wants to hang out and smoke and when she shows up he has no weed.

"I didn't understand why the dweed asked if he could have a drink, until the bar tender handed ME the tab!"
