mejack 

A comment made to someone's original social media content posting that shifts the topic, string and/or attention away from the original creator and their sentiment to the person making the comment.

This is usually done consistently and without self-awareness of the narcissistic behavior or regard if it's identified.

Example:
"Happy to have found someone that finally makes me happy!"

>>> My boyfriend went out if his way to make me happy today. I couldn't be happier.

>>> Hey, I think you just performed a wonderfully selfish mejack. :(
