An absolute waste of time, a person who consumes resources and/or time without any reasonable payout. Especially in a retail environment, where employees are trapped by the necessity to maintain good customer service.

Shortened from Grockel - West country UK Slang for a tourist that only visits basic touristy places.

Emlpoyee 2: "Nah- they were a proper Grok, don't even want the work done for six months and asked the same 8 questions for every different product they looked at. Just after a freebee or an excuse to leave their hovel"
