Juan Crow 

"Juan Crow" is de facto segregation, discrimination, and racism against Hispanics/Latinos in the United States, similar to the system of "Jim Crow" which was used against African-Americans in the United States during the 19th and 20th Centuries.

In many towns in Texas and California, "Juan Crow" exists even though no one talks about it.
