When an administrative assistant is totally dominated by a high maintenance female boss.

The administrative assistant often cancels lunch with friends in order to complete a last minute request for a female boss. She/he does everything to please the female boss and to keep her happy. She/he gets very little recognition and no special treatment. Example: She is so whipped.
