Trumptardation 

A mental deficiency which causes the afflicted to suffer from a complete inability to tell the truth or even know the truth from fiction, opinion or fantasy. A state of willful dis-association from reality.

An entire group of people suffer from Trumptardation to the detriment of all humans.
