Chore cunt is someone who is an effort to be around. They are a chore to conversate once and are just a cunt in general. A chore cunt ruins a good vibe, and their general presence is beyond frustration.

Person 1: Bloody hell, that kid just doesn't leave us alone
Person 2: I know his presence is so annoying, such a chore cunt
