A tootie rat is a child that takes bites out of everything and leaves it. When you have a Tootie Rat you will find things like a stick of butter with a bite missing or an apple in the fruit bowl missing a bite.

A person who carries a pack of cigarettes in their back pocket all day long. Resulting in a FlatPack.
