Swedish Neck Pillow

1. A Swedish made pillow, esp. one used to support the neck while sleeping.
2. In sex, when a man ejaculates on to the nape of a female and allows the semen to dry, creating a support for the cervical region of the neck.

My friend Kyle gave Fat Suzi a Swedish neck pillow last night to enhance their pleasure.
