A woman who goes from being awesome and friendly to a complete bitch faster than you can blink. In these women, it will seem almost as if a light switch is flipped inside of them and BAM! they will morph into bitchy bitches.

Girl coach: WHY AREN'T YOU DOING ANYTHING?! GET TO WORK DAMMIT! YOU'RE SQUATS ARE TERRIBLE!
Athlete (to fellow athlete): Coach is such a light-switch bitch.
