An awful, generally repellent human being, if they can even be considered a human at all. Bad at literally everything, a complete failure as a human being, lazy and a complete disappointment to everyone around them. Those who know a William well pity them, and wish that the William would just die already, because their life has no meaning or direction, and the William doesn't particularly want to continue living anyway.
