gooboy

A very, very good dog; or, any and all dogs. A dog does not have to be a boy to be a gooboy. Occasionally a cat can be a gooboy, but only when it behaves like a dog. Can also be spelled 'gooboi'.

Rex is such a gooboy! Look at him lying there, doing absolutely nothing.
