A bored scholar's definitions

Romania

A fictional place which has, heavily characterized people living in them. Its funny but sad at the same time!
The story of this "country" is written by scholars in their free time as a way to bulk all the negative human traits into one comprehensible world that they can show other scholars when they are bored.

-I want to visit Romania.
-You know that you cant go there?
-Why?
-Because it doesn't exist!
