Technically a word for a Japanese instrument but is also used as an insult. More specifically a gender neutral term between 'bitch' and 'bastard'

Ex 1:
Friend 1: I cheated on the math test and still failed...
Friend 2: you stupid biwa!

Ex 2:

Friend 1: *plays +4 uno card*
Friend 2: you are a biwa, you know that?
