Indian slang. It's equivalent to oof basically. Used usually to express annoyance, but could have any tone really.
Person 1 : hi sorry I forgot to do my project, do you think I'll be able to finish it by 2nd period?
Person 2 : offo you idiot! it's like 90 pages! how will you finish it.
Person 2 : offo you idiot! it's like 90 pages! how will you finish it.
