This is a way of responding to, "are you okay?/do you feel sick?" Just go, "eh, I'll live/live it up/live it off." Because in all honesty, if you're sick, we are never okay. Yet we always say we are but oh well,

Person 1: Hey.. do you feel sick? You don't seem good.

You: Eh, don't worry. I'll live it up,

Rogina 

A person who is sweet at sight yet once you know her more she reveals herself as an outgoing person yet very innocent at times despite also being the one making all the dirty jokes yet they're the best for bestfriend making.

Person 1: Hm, she seems nice-

Person 2: It's because she's Rogina, of course.
