Gonka 

A gonka Issa person who does retarded stuff or is juss janky for no reason. Usually acts idiotic or makes dumb jokes that only Dey think r funny. Acts silly, sometimes they r amusing buh eventually gets irritated. Gonka is used as an insult, not a compliment.

Guy: “Did you see Ashley dumb ass?”
Friend: “Yea she always actin silly , she a damn gonka.”
