A poor excuse for a person who laughs boisterously at everything any dumb ass says,in an attempt to be accepted by a very base person,or group of base minded persons.
Tom was indeed a world class Yuckleberry, he laughed at everything anyone said in an attempt to be accepted by the predominant low brow crowd of the moment.
