A maybe that is very likely to be a yes. The opposite of naybe.

Erin: "John asked me out for Saturday night."
Lisa: "What did you tell him?"
Erin: " I told him Yaybe because he is really hot but I didn't want to say yes right away."

or if you're trying to avoid the blame for something but admit to it.

Person A: Did you break my new plant pot?
Person B: Yaybe...
