A euphemism for stupid. A lot of people think it's spelled "witchychicky", though anyone who has done their homework and traced the etymology of the word would know where it came from, and therefore exactly how it is spelled. I would like to castrate all those witchiechicky sluts who spell it with a -y- rather than an -ie-.
