A random mashing of words that someone said one day, when they met to say 'what time is it?' So now that's what it means. I think she was trying to say, "what's the time at?" idk. It kind of flows though.

Whatafarm 

It’s a burger Frankensteined together from parts of other sandwiches -- burger patty, fried chicken breast, bacon and a fried egg.

My first my attempt to get a Whatafarm resulted in the lady at the counter looking at me like I was a total wackjob -- she had zero idea what I was talking about.
