Weiling Shi long time emperor of ancient folklore China, said to be a cursed emperor with luck of the devil and all whom he meets was cursed with rotten luck forever, his last name translates into the chinese character death or four for bad luck, once a fearsome ruler with powers unimaginable ruled all of china with a iron fist in one hand and a dragon in another. He was slayed by a needle and now put to rest as the folklore/myth goes
