When a woman is on her period a piece of bread (ideally warburtons toasty loaf - bread found in most UK supermarkets) is inserted into the bloody vagina which is promptly fucked. The bread is then removed fried and eaten this is the warburtons toasty. It satisfies a hearty appetite.
