An utter failure is a noun that describes a fail on massive proportions. This failure is a failure on all levels and dimensions. Utter failures can be people or things that have absolutely no good or winning quality

An utter disappointment is a person or thing that cannot seem to energetic something right. No matter what they do, they always mess up and disappoint everyone around them. They are usually never happy with themselves or anything else.

The sheer disregard of being a normal male and conforming to current perceived fashion "requirements" ie: pink shirts, skinny jeans, three quater shorts, large coloured sunglasees and flat brim hats, also the like for auto tune and ballods of pop tunes help in this qualification, purple shirts and "v neck" also help to qualify.
Upon witnessing a young male listening to "kanye west" or "lil wayne" while wearing a purple v neck shirt and three quater shorts......" you sir demonstrate utter faggitory"
