An adjective describing a noun as being dangerous, intense, unacceptable among normal citizens, and completely out of the ordinary. Such situations arise most frequently when alcohol is consumed and unusual behavior takes place.
1. His aunt asked me to come over and watch Basic Instinct 2 with her. Do you realize how twittery that is!?
