it is bascially the shocker; however, there is a twist. cross your index and middle finger, while still using your pinky for the stinky.

They got board with the shocker, so they decided to use the twisted shocker.

We all know what a shocker is , let me introduce you to a twisted shocker. When a guy make a hand gesture to low for a cig to another guy an it looks like one in the stink a you jingling the go-nads with two fingers.. bam twisted shocker !!!!

Parton me are you asking for a cig ? Or a twisted shocker ?
