According to comedian Jim Norton, this is the act of shoving the bulk of someone's foot into your mouth and licking their toes, which results in the individual doing so making a turkey sound. A more extreme form of shrimping.

1. To be in a state of extreme intoxication and exhaustion due to participation and/or attendance of the annual Cuero Turkeyfest in Cuero, TX.

2. To have partied for so long and so hard as to cause a complete loss of fine motor skills and one's ability to speak while enjoying the festivities at the Cuero Turkeyfest.

A person resembling a smelt, living on the south shore of Long Island. Will often claim to new people they are from queens, or even Manhattan if they are really looking to impress. Will tend to get lost in the sauce and can be heard from many miles and identified by either a low rumbling smelt mating call, or seen standing making a scene shouting “New York is the greatest city in the world”
