b) Trick or treating and getting arrested for public intoxication
c) The best thing to do on October 31st (Halloween)
d) an arrestable offense.

I heard James last night was

b) TTWI and then arrested for public intoxication
c) was TTWI and had the best night ever
d) was cited for a TTWI
