This type of person will oftentimes take money from the needy in order to redo his/her landscape in a million-dollar mansion that was paid for by taxpayers. Can also describe someone who spends money incredibly unwisely. Term is synonymous with 'douchebag,' 'asshole,' 'prick,' 'selfish,' et cetera.
