When someone is so ugly that it becomes what they're known for (i.e. their trademark)

Guy1: Who the frig is Jenny*? she's trying to add me on facebook.
Guy2: I think she went to high school with us but, i don't fully remeber her...i just remember her trademark was her ugliness
Guy1: Oh yeah...she was trademark ugly, wasn't she.

The thing you see at the bottom of the UrbanDictionary page, that hasn't been updated for half a fucking year. Just change it to 2022 already!

Simply, you get fucked up or over by somebody that has a Trademark in their name.

trademarked spelling

The practice of spelling a word incorrectly on purpose in order to make it easier to find it on the internet or in an internet search. The practice seems to have come about only since the commercialization of the internet.

There is a big new shopping mall called the mall of Millenia and they spell the word millennia incorrectly on purpose which I would call a trademarked spelling since they can trademark Millenia and call it their own word.
