An area of town frequently inhabited by hookers. Clown comes from the heavily-applied whore-makeup or clown makeup.

Clown Town

Any place where there is a large gathering of clowns, juggalos, or other various manner of jesters. Any location can become a Clown Town, and any Clown Town can become a normal place.

Never going to Clown Town again, i came out covered in seltzer water and Faygo.
