Term used by office monkeys that are afraid to express themselves when reacting to a humorous statement or something downright hilarious -- most likely to be seen in email replies.

Joe pissed his pants on the e-mail John sent out but when replying to all he only said 'too funny'. WTF?!

Jane: LOL!! Did you see how bad Barry fucked up the marketing report?
Bob: Too funny
Jane: ...
