Leshering describes the actions of an incompetent, poor leader who is so completely misinformed and emboldened by the misinformation, they believe they're actually a smart and powerful leader.

However, used in a sentence such as

'Just Joshing with you'

It can mean to be delibrately fooling someone into believing that you actually think that you are better than them.

In a case used about the 'Josh' it is a comment on the size of ones ego

NB Should be used with caution and only in optimal comedy situations.
