Thunder shits

where your stomach just hurts for 15 minutes and suddenly you have to shit so badly
and when you go to shit it stings so badly
that you have to hold it back
but your stomach hurts
so you have to make the choice if you want to stay with the ever growing stomach pains
or the asshole burns
