When you check your cell phone because you think you have a new text and you actually don't, but 2 seconds later you receive one. A form of ESP, also known as commanding your phone to receive a text message just by looking at it.
I had text sp this morning. I was expecting a reply text from this person but when I checked my phone there was nothing. 2 seconds later, they texted me.
