A Suburb to Hartford and Waterbury and most of it tweens and teens be trouble starters it’s a good place to be a pimp, hoe , or drug dealer. If your a drug dealer be sure not to sell vapes cause those are look down upon. But, Recreational weed is fine. Also if your a child between 13 - 17 be sure to have those nudes ready cause THEY SEND a lot. Also if you a pimp this is heaven for you.
